Puget Sound Solar LLC (PSS) was founded by Jeremy Smithson and Pamela Burton with a vision of a green, sustainable future for the residents of Puget Sound. PSS is both a Washington General Electrical Contractor (License # PUGETSS920RH) and General Construction Contractor (License # PUGETSS932MU). PSS installed the Seattle's first residential grid-tied solar electric system in 2001 . Since then we've installed over two megawatts of solar systems, amounting to over 43% of all photovoltaic systems in the Seattle City Light service area, and 10% of all such systems statewide. We have also rounded out our offerings to homeowners and small businesses by expanding to include electric vehicle support, and home energy assessments. We install Tesla EV charging stations and Tesla Powerwalls. Today we employ over 30 employees dedicated to helping our customers' secure a green-powered and sustainable future for our region.
