Tammy Estwick here. As a former TV personality in New Orleans I'm no stranger to long hours and hard work. I spent the last 10-plus years in front the camera but what many people didn't about me, is that I spent just as much time digging holes for fence posts, tossing shingles on roofs and hanging drywall. Construction isn't just for the boys. I've worked on my own rental properties for several years. In such a male dominated field I've been told its nice to have a woman's touch. That's why I decided it was time to help others. So after a decade on TV, my own story changed. I'm now the sole owner of a New Orleans based construction company.
