Description

Perhaps you're widowed, divorced, or even young & single, living on your own, and you need a friendly neighbor to help with the chores that a husband would normally do, or perhaps you're a husband who needs help whittling down that honey-do list. Small jobs only. I'm not gonna tile your house or remodel the bathroom, and I don't do anything that requires pulling a permit.

My customers appreciate having someone whom they can call for the small things that arise - someone who is budget-friendly and whom they know they can trust. If that's you, then look no further. You won't get an employee; you get me. I'm a one-man operation with plenty of knowledge and experience in many different areas, whether it's electrical, plumbing, simple carpentry, etc. I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing a project completed and done well, but most of all, improving the lives of my customers. I look forward to doing the same for you. Please note my service areas: north Orlando, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Park, Longwood, Lake Mary, and part of Sanford. I do not service the east side of Orlando because I'm located on the west side, and the traffic is so bad that I spend too much time driving. I try to avoid the downtown Orlando area because of traffic and parking issues (I tow a six-foot trailer).

Coronavirus update: I've been proactive in my efforts for many years to keep my immune system strong, and I'm still providing services, although I won't enter a household where someone is ill. Many of my regular customers are now working from home, and they see it as a great opportunity to have me whittle down that honey-do list. Some of my calls are more urgent, i.e., a running toilet, a leak somewhere, or an electrical malfunction. Whatever the need, I'll take good care of you.

I generally charge a flat rate for specific projects, so you need not worry about the "meter running" while I work.

PLEASE NOTE: I AM ALLERGIC TO CATS, so I cannot work in homes where they live, even if they are not present.
