Years ago the founders of our company, Mr. Bill Leech and Dean Peterson, worked at a number of local companies in the Denver Metro area. It was there that they learned the in’s-n-out’s of how a typical heating and air conditioning company operates. It didn’t take them very long to realize that nearly every aspect and every division of those companies could be drastically improved upon. There were a number of ideas that Bill and Dean developed that could have helped these other companies serve their customers better. After a significant amount of time and frustration, they decided that if things were going to be done the way they envisioned, they were going to have to do it themselves. Along with the help of some other talented individuals who completely embraced their vision, they made this dream become a reality. This is how Summit Heating & Air Conditioning was born nearly 20 years ago!
